< Mold Developing Department >

• Product design

• Developing mold and making samples

 
Zhu Xing’s mold department and the R&D department are integrated. The design concept is proposed by the R&D personnel. Then, they will discuss and review the structure with the mold engineer.

After the order is confirmed, the production department will schedule the order into our production plan and check the inventory.
 
Our factory is fully equipped, including the plastic injection machine, die-casting machine, punching machine, etc. The processing steps such as drilling are also done in plant. (learn more…)
