Zhu Xing’s mold department and the R&D department are integrated. The design concept is proposed by the R&D personnel. Then, they will discuss and review the construction with the mold engineer to improve the function and make sure that there is no problem on the mold flow.
Our designs can meet the market demand with innovation at reasonable cost. Our design is inspired by the observation of people's life details. The inconvenience of daily life is where we get our inspiration. The principle of our design is to make the user's life more comfortable, improve their work efficiency, allowing the users to complete tasks in shorter time.
There are many drafters in our R&D and mold department. They all possess the professional mold knowledge and the level B /C certificate of 3D drawing.
In addition to our own products, we also provide ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products. The products can be designed based on customer’s needs. Or we can produce according to the customer’s drawings or samples. After the mold flow analysis, our mold engineer will discuss the details with the customer. If there is no problem in design, the mold will be officially developed, and then we will make samples for customer’s approvals.
