We have our own CAD drafters in our mold developing department. They all possess professional mold knowledge and are all experienced in designing and developing molds. Our mold developing department is well equipped with various precision machines, including CNC milling machine, electric discharge machine, 3D printer, mold flow analytic software, etc. Therefore, our developing process is efficient. We can develop a set of hot runner mold and make the samples for customers to check in one month. Besides, since we develop the mold in plant, we can reduce the developing costs for our customers.

Our factory is fully equipped, including the plastic injection machine, die-casting machine, punching machine, etc. The processing steps such as drilling are also done in plant. We provide various surface processing services like embossing, knurling, biting, baking, plating, brushing, etc.

Zhu Xing provide various sophisticated products. We have excellent developing group in our company. Besides, our company is equipped with various advanced developing software and equipment. To ensure the quality, we check the thread with plug or ring gauge. We have all gauges for European threads, Japanese threads, and American thread. We also inspect the dimensions with our 2D projector to make sure all the dimensions are in tolerance. Then, we provide samples for customers to test.
