Introduction
This large plastic adjustable storage box is made of polypropylene, which is tough, durable and flexible. The translucent finish enables users to recognize the kits inside easily and quickly. The separate hooks ensure a long-term and frequent use. The removable dividers allow the users to size and arrange the compartments as desired.

Project Introduction
Customer sent a sample box to us, but also advised that there were some defects on the original design. The hooks were easily broken after using for a while. Besides, the dividers cannot fit the body well. They wanted a sturdier construction and at the same time also allowed the compartment to be re-arranged to meet different users’ needs. Since the required quantity is large, we design and develop the mold for the improved design without any mold charge for our client.

Solution
After several times discussion with the customer, we change the material to polypropylene (P.P.) to prolong the life of the product. The property of polypropylene is harder and more heat-resistance. It’s tougher and flexible, so that it will not be broken when dropping. Polypropylene is translucent and enable users to recognize the kits inside easily.
 
The body and the hook was one piece originally. The connection became brittle after using for a period, so it broke easily. Therefore, we separate the hooks and the body. The hooks are assembled on the body in the improved design. In this way, this plastic box can be used for a long time.

Also, we design arc slot to ensure that it can hold the dividers firmly, and the users can insert and take off the dividers easily. We later applied patent for this design. Therefore, this design is patented now.

We design 5 fixed partitions as customer required. There are 44 slots with 8 small dividers and 2 large dividers each set. For the large partition, we also design small bracket to hold the large dividers.

The rim of the box bottom are round design. In this way, users can pick small parts easily. Our dividers can fit the bottom perfectly. At the central-front of the box, we make it hollow, so that the users can reach hand into it to take the box easily.
